This is for moms/women interested adding fitness in your schedule! We get together 4 times a week and workout hard!
Movement is key, all fitness levels are welcome, since you do exercises at your own level. We do a variety of fun exercises, boot camp, body weights, jogging. We laugh along the way and push each other! Workouts change all the time, because who likes the same thing, it gets boring!
