Super great staff. I had to change bank and my girlfriend recommended me Southern Michigan Bank& Trust because she has an account with them. I wanted in and they had my account all set up in no time. Everyone was polite and super nice. I wish I can give more star to this bank but 5 will have to be.
Nice Bank to do business with. Answering service use by the bank need to be retrain on how to present a positive attitude when asked a question, instead of making you feel like you bathers her when asking a question. My review is based on two times when I called to ask important question to me. I will like for the manager to monitor the call to verify the situation.
Be careful with this bank!!! They take money from your accounts and put fees that don’t apply on all of your accounts. I had to call them multiple times about fees that did not apply to my accounts and they only refunded it one time. Workers are also very rude and do not listen to what you tell them.
