I walked into the store and their metal detector beeped. So they were watching me the whole time even after I bought something. The detector beeped again when I was leaving and they wanted to check my purse. The store is 4 ft wide. Would not recommend : unless you wanna be watched like a hawk, pay money, and still be treated like a criminal just for walking in. It's embarrassing with the whole store watching this ridiculousness.
Such cute merchandise and always has great service. They stock a lot of cute prints and toys
Be warned. The store seems cute outside but inside is just filled with rude employees. Trust me I work in retail and I understand it can be exhausting and you often have rude people, But every-time I've come in here there have been the worst employees here. I came in here to buy a couple sunny angels with my family and the person at the register was completely rude for no absolute reason. My transaction was fine but my family members transaction was different. The employee asked my family member if they would like a receipt and they said yes. To which the employee replies okay just choose which one you'd like and my family member said oh there's no print ? And the employee responded I ALREADY TOLD YOU WE DONT PRINT RECEIPTS. when they never indicated that before showing them the screen again so uncalled for! Idk who runs it but y'all need a re-evaluation. Disgusting employees
I wrote a genuine review on how I love the selection but felt discriminated against by one of your employees yet it was taken down…why? Seems like you’re trying to silence instead of being proactive and reprimanding your staff that stereotypes paying customers. Super disappointing. Was thinking I’d totally be back if they gave some sort of apology but I most definitely will not be spending my coins there now. Thank you for showing your true colors :-*

50% to 55% mark up. It seemed pricey to me but it was for me daughter. Once I looked online in one single search when I got home, I paid 85 dollars for 2 items when I could have gotten 3 of the Hello Kitty Items for 82 dollars. I send them the receipts personally asking why they chargedso much. I understand instore can be a bit pricey but not this exaggerating. I can send anyone with inquiries my receipts and how I could have saved 30 and 50 dollars buying the same items elsewhere during the same time period. Once again, I understand small business but a 55% mark up is extreme
