Had to take husband by ambulance to ER. They were very thorough and worked with him quickly. No sitting and waiting long hours to get help. Blood tests were done and it was decided he needed to go to Integris. They made all the arrangements and I had no worries. All went smoothly. I will come back.
I had gone to another place and they did nothing. After a coupe of days of being in so much pain I went and was seen by Ashley. I had never had thrush and was in a lot of pain! She was so very thorough, compassionate and kind. She prescribed the exact medication and I had a very wonderful experience with her. I’m completely over this thrush and I recommend her to everyone!
Wasn't impressed with their service. I had to call multiple times just to get an answer. When I finally got an appointment i had to call several more times just to let them know I was there. They came out and let me fill out the paperwork but it took them another 15 minutes for them to come out and test me for covid. The nurse dropped my test tube while standing outside my car. I told her my symptoms and she never once checked my lungs for my breathing issues. I tried to call back several times to try and get someone to come back out and listen to my lungs but they never answered their phone. Very poor service. I ended up going to another urgent care and got the service I needed. I ended up needing to be on 4 different medications. I will not be going back to this office and i do not recommend them to anyone.
2023 and still great and friendly service. Both ladies in the front were very professional and got my fiancé in quickly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!!
My dad has been in for 4 days with pneumonia and he’s had great care. Very efficient and caring staff. Would go back if needed but thankful to have our small town hospital back.
Very professional and was able to fit me in for a non emergency during a very busy time and still ensured the process was followed to the letter. All three of the staff on duty were helpful, respectful, kind and made my day a better one. Rickey
Went to this Urgent Care on a Sunday, after being told by another Urgent care that there was nothing they could do for me! The staff took very good care of me and listened to what I had to say! They were very quick and professional. I would recommend this facility to anybody that needs urgent care.
Would not recommend unless all you want is a covid test for work or school. Even then you'll be waiting for about an hour. I waited 2 and a half hours just to be told, "it's probably covid, come back soon so we can get our government money." I'm paraphrasing of course, but seriously, don't go.
I had a visit with Dr. Jarvis for my son and she was very helpful in giving us the information we needed along with her nurse. I recommend that if you’re in this area, you should visit Southern Plains Family Practice and Urgent Care Clinic!
Very thankful for Dr. Jarvis! She was so kind and got me all taken care of when I caught Strep during this ice storm and was unable to make it to my regular physician!
