Bought a t shirt which wasn’t cheap and the print bled when I washed it they wouldn’t give me store credit or anything said that I must’ve washed it in hot or warm water when I wash all of my clothes in cold water. But I wasn’t going to argue. Very disappointed. I know it was something wrong with mine because a family member has the same shirt and washes hers in warm and hot water and dries it on a hot setting multiple times and hers is just fine.

Absolutely horrible experience every time I’m in this store. The store is run by teenagers who have their face buried deep in the cell phone. I never get greeted and tonight was no different. It was at least three girls standing in a huddle tonight and I was literally right next to them! I took it upon myself to greet them and ask a question regarding a dress.. This store is beautiful and the clothes look amazing! But the lack of customer service is killing this business..

I purchased a top for my daughter without her being there, when she decided to wear it to church we realized the zipper was defected. I tried to return it for the same shirt or store credit, they refused and told me I could just have the zipper fixed- it was a $42 shirt!!! Never worn- I will never shop here again

I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in the store. A lady entered not long after and she was properly greeted. I caught the vibe immediately but I continued to shop and I purchased what I wanted. I love and wore my dress well. I’m immune to poor costumer service.

I went to this store on Monday. Saw what I wanted, But did not purchase it. The young girl at the register was very rude. Never acknowledged me as I entered the store. I’m assuming she was watching something on her gadget, because she never looked up. I went back to the store on Tuesday. A different girl, wasn’t as rude but still need training. I purchased what I initially went for on Monday.

Love the clothes here! Wish they had more in my size though.
