*****HOW TO ORDER*****
It's easy! Just leave us your email and what size you need on the item/items you are wanting to purchase. We will send you an invoice, and you have 24 hours to pay your invoice. If you have not paid your invoice in 24 hours your invoice will be canceled and We will go to the next person in line.
*ITEMS will NOT be shipped until invoice is paid. You have *24 hrs* to pay your invoice*
*Gift cards are now available for any amount. There will be $3 added for shipping*

*Return Policy*
If the item doesn't fit, you may return it back to us, for an exchange or a store credit (you are responsible for shipping), There are NO refunds. If you exchange an item, there will be a $3.50 shipping charge.
RETURNS
You may not return:
*SALE/CLEARANCE items, JEWELRY, scarves, belts and gift certificates.
*All sales on CLEARANCE items are FINAL.
*All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items that have been tried on and they have make up on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you at your cost.
TO MAKE YOUR RETURN
*Unworn/unaltered merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of the original ship date/purchase date. All you have to do is send the item back to Southern Sheek Boutique and we will take care of you.
*You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned/exchanged item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable
* In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
*Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note you’re tracking number from your label.
* Once your package is received, please allow 10 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification once your return is received. Please include a copy of a receipt and/or PayPal invoice and your contact information with your return or exchange shipment so we can get in touch about processing your return.
TROUBLE WITH YOUR ORDER?
* Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
