Southern Spa under Kevin’s leadership is just a fantastic service. My old spa had stopped working and Kevin was able to diagnose the problem and order me a new heater and a new sensor. He brought my spa back to life. Kevin is very knowledgeable, very professional and very accommodating. He keeps his promise, is easy to work with and offers great recommendations. His prices are fair and his services are excellent. I am so glad I used his expertise and highly recommend him and Southern Spa. He is hands down one of the nicest people I have dealt with. I know who to call again next time I have a spa issue instead of wasting my time with other companies. Thank you Kevin! You are awesome.

Used Kevin for the 1st time. Came out the next day and got me completely up and running. Took the time to explain what he was doing and preventive care. Will absolutely be using him again.

Called Southern Spa service on Monday.Spoke with Kevin and told him the problem I was having with my hot tub. I was concerned freezing temp were coming for the weekend so Kevin said he could probably get out on Thursday.He arrived Thursday as promised and had the parts on hand to take care of my problem. I had used Southern Spa service in the past as Kevin helped me figure out the problem I was having with my upstairs whirlpool spa . Don’t waste your time calling the help tech line for Aqua living spa as they never returned my call. I highly recommend Southern Spa service . Kevin is very personable, friendly, very knowledgeable , and fair. I will definitely call him in the future when I need help with my hot tub.

Kevin is exceptional. He has now saved me and my swimspa twice. I called him with an emergency issue and he was able to squeeze me in between his scheduled visits. He is knowledgeable, fair, and skilled. I recommend him to anyone who is in need of a hot tub or swimspa repair or even just a checkup or advice. You won't be disappointed.

He is awesome, he introduced himself to me then listened to me problem then looked at the issue and said he could fix it,and he did. No bs, just fixed it. Impressive, Great job, would use him again and again if needed.

Kevin is my new HERO. I called him in desperation after 2-months of going around in circles trying yo have my hot tub repaired. Even though I assumed I was outside his service area , after reading all the positive reviews, I figured it was worth a call. Was it ever! I explained my situation over the phone, sent him a couple pics and within 20-min he properly diagnosed the problem and called me back with instructions. He talked me through the correction over the phone-even called back multiple times to make sure everything was up and running. This guy is the real deal when it comes to proficiency and customer service. Sadly, there are not many like him left.

I live in Kings Charter and had a small leak in the ceiling of my kitchen, which was directly below my jacuzzi tub-I contacted Mr Spicer at Southern Spa Service- He responded promptly and was able to address my issue quickly-He was able to identify and repair the leak within a few minutes once he was able to inspect tub innards-He clearly saved me hundreds of dollars! Mr Spicer is personable, professional and a wealth of advice for ongoing maintenance of the tub-I recommend that if you are in need of jacuzzi tub, hot tub or pool repair, your first call should be to Southern Spa Service-

Kevin was very responsive by telephone and email about when he could come by the house and repair my hot tub. Because the weather was going to be below freezing for an extended period before my new pump would arrive and be installed, he made a special call to advise on how to keep the remaining water in the pipes from freezing and causing extensive damage. Great service and replaced pump and motor in an hour and a half. Easy to work with and parts on the truck. Dr. Wellness who sold the spa was worthless with a number to call in Nashville. Warranty has to have parts purchased through them only which means a service call to find the problem, order parts from them, and another call to have it installed. Beware of Dr. Wellness warranty.
