Chettinad cuisine originated from Southern District of Tamil State majority of Chettiars,Predominantly from Karaikudi. Southern Spice menu is originated from ancient cities with magical names like Bangalore, Tanjore, Madurai, Udupi, Mysore, Cochin and ofcourse Chennai.They boast on exquisite variety of sophisticated cuisines.
