The Mobile Health Care System of Southern Washington and Northern Rensselaer County is a collaborative effort of the Cambridge Valley Rescue Squad, Salem Rescue Squad, and Easton-Greenwich Rescue Squad. Our steering committee includes representatives from Washington County Department of Public Health, local primary care practices and hospitals, our medical directors, the Alzheimer's Association, AHI - Adirondack Health Institute, and regional health care coordination organizations.
The goal of our programs is to identify gaps in the health care services in our communities and develop programs to fill those needs. Our programs include the Community Check Program, Falls Prevention, CarFit, concussion awareness, car seat checks, and bicycle helmet fit checks.
