Dr. Velasco is a good doctor honestly. The front office administration is the REAL problem, since previous reviews have mentioned it, MILDRED and RINA I feel like do not do their jobs. I understand that they cannot accommodate patients in the waiting room due to COVID restrictions but the scheduling and the record keeping is extremely outdated. The front desk staff do not do their job with scheduling and follow up, they simply wait for patients to come back on their own and "sign in" what's the point of the doctor giving you a reminder card for your follow up. This "check in at door" system they have is so horrible they have their elderly patients waiting at front door in the cold. I understand they will call you when it's your turn but honestly if you tell some of your patients to return in a week for a follow up check up you should automatically schedule them in for a follow up especially if you have time sensitive procedures you want to do like blood draws. This lack of professionalism in the staff with scheduling can really destroy a doctor's credibility. PLEASE RETRAIN OR GET BETTER FRONT OFFICE STAFF. Giving this place a two stars is generous but Dr. Velasco does good work and cares about his patients, his admin staff just plain suck!
Awesome Clinic always takes care of me. Lilee is the best M.A. they have there! This is a walk in clinic so first come first serve. Parking is very tight here.
Sharing the same negative sentiments towards the office staff. Ridiculously incompetent. Not sure if I’ll go back though nor would I recommend people to come here. Way overpriced.
They care for their patients and they really give them attention. Staffs are incredible, they work with their heart.
