I was also called by the delivery person because when they were delivered, the recipient was not home, and it was great to have confirmation that they were delivered as expected. Awesome florist, awesome flowers, awesome experience. Felt way better supporting a local business than the same or more money to some national company.

I placed an order online after hours. No mention on the item I chose that it was a “special order”. This afternoon I checked my email and was notified that they did not have the item I requested in stock and my order was cancelled. Cancelled. No phone call to say they didn’t have the item and would I like something else. Just cancelled. When I called to question it, I was told it was emailed to me online the same way I ordered. Since I didn’t call in my order they didn’t call me. And she actually hung up on me. I have never dealt with a florist so unprofessional. UPDATE TO OWNER’s RESPONSE: You are correct. I could not comprehend how an order was just cancelled via email with no phone call to see if I wanted to change to something else. If Birds of Paradise are a special order perhaps you should mark them as “special order” on your website. I wasn’t stuck on those to order I wanted something tropical to remember a dog that my friend had gotten from Hawaii. If you had reached out other than just cancelling the order, I could have ordered something else. I, too, am sorry I ordered from such an unprofessional and RUDE business. Even your response is rude. A little professionalism goes a long way.

Janet is wonderful to work with! She is really good at taking a vision and making it come to life! I absolutely LOVED my flowers! She did an amazing job and I highly recommed her! Pictures of my bouquet, centerpieces, and bridesmaid bouquets! <3

Very disappointed in what I ordered vs what was received! I spent over $89, but the bouquet looked as if it were from a grocery store. I left a voicemail with the florist saying how disappointed I was, but they didn't even call me back. I do NOT recommend this florist!

Janet did all of the floral arrangements for my wedding and did an absolutely amazing job. She was incredibly accommodating and far exceeded even our expectations. And with a great price to go with it! I would recommend her to absolutely anybody who asked.

Top-notch customer service. Not only did I request a last-minute delivery, but I needed it delivered at a particular time. The owner stepped in and offered to deliver it personally. First time I've used this flower shop, but it definitely won't be my last. I can't thank them enough! Five stars all the way!
