Southland Gun Works always provides excellent service. When the factory failed to fix the problem with a shotgun, the gunsmiths at Southland got it right. They kept me informed throughout the process and were more than fair in terms of cost. I have complete confidence in their work, and I'm grateful for their commitment to their customers.

Had a Remington 700 with the X-Mark Pro trigger sent to Southland to replace the trigger under warranty. Rifle left my house on a Thursday before a holiday weekend and received it back on Monday. Replaced trigger and shipped back in 4 days. Just unbelievable. Excellent service. Would recommend this company to anyone and am very satisfied.

I had purchased two firearms from a local pawn shop and had my wife take them to Southland to have them cleaned and make sure they were working properly as she works nearby in that area. After a couple of days they called stating that the guns were operating correctly and cleaned. I was thrilled to have them back so soon and couldn't wait to try them out. Thrill turned to highly disappointment when my wife brought the guns home. Both guns had been oiled, cleaned I doubt it, as both of the firearms still had visible rusting in several locations. Hell I could have sprayed WD40 and Frebreeze on them myself and saved money. Very disappointed in their poor workmanship. Too bad there is NO STAR ratings.

I shipped a rifle to them for a recall from N.C. UPS picked it up on Monday and I got it back on Wednesday of the same week! Receipt in the box explained what they did. Awesome.
