Love this gym! I’ve been working out here since 2017, both on my own and with trainers. Mark and his team do an amazing job of challenging you, but also caring about your progress. The atmosphere is great, people are nice and friendly and there’s a variety equipment for all needs. Shout out to the small group trainers- Devin, Ashlie, Danielle, and Eric!!
Good sized gym. 24hr access for members is huge for schedules that can't go during traditional day time hours. Equipment is well maintained and there is enough equipment to accommodate a variety of workouts. The small turf areas are great to perform exercises at a safe distance from others. The small gear that is on the shelves like mats and pull-up assistance bands are in good condition and there is enough to go around. I love this gym and have gotten friends to sign on as well. Very clean establishment and equipment is well maintained. Plenty of sanitize stations with a strong spray and rag for quick and powerful wipedowns. Only issue I have is the bench in the back is not friendly to those with shorter length arms like myself.
Great staff! That's what "makes" this gym. Caring people with your goals as their goals. These are the people who will get you there. Best of all they cater to their customers- adding classes to fit the majority needs & wants. I've never seen that happen it the big gyms.
I have searched high and low for a gym that offers a comfortable atmosphere, great equipment and classes at a reasonable price! TBC 24 Fitness has it all! The staff, trainers and instructors are all very knowledgable and friendly. Best gym in Lakeland!!
A Nice Little Gym with enough Equipment for all kinds of Activities. Roland, Mark and Liz are all Great Trainers. I have been in most of the gyms in Lakeland and I really feel at home at this particular gym.
Great gym and great people! Was only in the Lakeland area for a couple months and needed a good place to lift weights, and this place fit the bill! I would highly recommend. Never too crowded, and very convenient!
This gym is the best around ! I train with Will Doyle ... He is the most beautiful soul inside and out .... I have a torn acl and he has helped me strengthen muscles around it and now I am able to do things without any pain !!!! Join this gym and get your fit on!!
In town for one week. Found TBC North. The gym is fine and it would be a 3, but then there's Will! Will Doyle is the trainer there. Worked out one day at same time he worked out. Wow! He kicks butt - his own butt. Invited me to bootcamp - WELL worth the money. If I had Will at my gym, I'd be doing bootcamp. Great guy. No BS. Just do it. You won't be sorry.
