This florist blows me away each time. The lady on the phone got my flowers done in 3 hours and helped guide me on the phone because, admittedly, I don’t know much about ordering flowers. They had the hydrangeas I requested in stock, with multiple color options and arranged them so beautifully. The receiver of the flowers has sent me pictures every day since she received them and they have held up so beautifully! Picture one is 2 days after pick up and picture two is day 4. If you want long-lasting beautiful flowers, helpful staff and quick service, this place is for you. Thank you Southside Florist
My daughter ordered a beautiful bouquet for my birthday. She is in South Carolina but took a chance with Michele. The bouquet was fresh and was a wonderful array of pink roses , daisies, and some mums. It is gorgeous! I highly recommend Southside Florist and hope they continue to do well
Flowers look healthy the arrangement was very nice 7 days now.
After 25 years of using this florist, I will do so no more. I called to try and order a delivery for Mother’s Day and was told they were all booked. That’s fine. But then I was rudely told that I would have to come in and picked up I replied that I moved to out of town. The person on the other end of the line then hung up on me. You just lost a loyal customer.
This is one of the most wonderful florists that I have ever dealt. Courteous, warm and willing to help you. Trying to order flowers and make decisions is almost impossible when dealing with the death of a loved one. We were taken care of by the owner, Michelle who helped us with compassion and understanding and patiently suggested what to order. She went above and added loving special touches to our order. Thank you Michelle for everything you did for us and made our daughters arrangements so beautiful!
I had used this flower shop to do funeral work for My aunt. I had spoken to the owner to let her know this piece was going to somebody that was in the floral industry for over 25 years and told them they could be as creative as they wanted, and received a received a basic standard arrangement loaded with carnations very disappointed for a $173.00
Very friendly, the designs are exceptional, pricing good. Made me a bouquet last minute and they made it perfect. Would highly recommend this shop. Exceptional work for and exceptional store!
Horrible, literally horrible. Horrible staff, horrible service, horrible delivery experience. Staff has no clue what they’re doing, insulting their store owner via phone and saying deliveries were made when they weren’t. Take business elsewhere to save yourself a headache
So i bought a bouquet of red roses on Valentines day from Southside Florist. The bouquet cost over $80.00 bucks and the flowers died 2 days later. Supermarket flowers would have lasted much longer, at least they come with Flower food. You'd think with the money i spent they'd put in at least that. Never will i come back here, absolute waste of money.
They helped a guy out at the 11th hour on valentines they helped a guy out.
