I live out of town, both my wife and I have used their services, several times each, and we have always been pleased.
As a health care professional and active women, I am prone to muscle and skeletal injuries. I can always count on Dr. Fera and his courteous and conscious medical secretary to make me an appointment and fit me into their busy practice promptly. Dr. Robert Fera is an expert. His physical assessment, diagnostic ability and treatment expertise is unsurpassed. He is able to diagnose my injury and in a few treatments has me back to my pre injury level of function. I have recommended Dr. Fera to family, friends and colleagues. I can attest to his professionalism, knowledge and ability. I can also tell you with great certainty that he is well respected in the medical community. Every time I have come here they are never on time. I travel a great distance and they book my appointments at 8 in the morning just for them to be late. It is very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Other than that I will say they are nice.
Very efficient. I never feel any discomfort in receiving an adjustment. Staff is always very accommodating and organized.
No very polite.
