The staff is helpful and friendly. When discussing hearing aid options for my son, Sue listened to his concerns, and provided pros and cons to all hearing aids, and let my son decide. We love Southside and couldn't recommend this place more!
If you ever need their services, dont hesitate to go, they are wonderful. They are not only highly qualified, but they take their time with each patient and explain the process. Part of this process is getting to know their patient to better serve their specific needs. When was the last ti.e you got that great of service? Great service and treatment and they are easy to find. Office is very well kept too.
Dr. Sue DeBruyne Is the most caring of all the doctors I see.She takes her time with me and is very through. I have never been rushed when I go see her. She really cares about her patients and really listens to what you tell her. I have been to so many practitioners over the years that only want to get you in and then out again as quickly as they can. Not Dr. DeBruyne! Thank you Sue for being taking such good care of me even when I was late for my appt. yesterday!

Southside Hearing Center was amazing ! From the moment you get there everyone was helpful and friendly Dr DeBruyne Sue explained everything and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I felt like family! The hearing aids were very modern and updated for iPhone use and helped me hear the way I was meant to hear! I highly recommend this practice

Dr Orlando has made every effort to improve my hearing with my new Oticon hearing aids. She has contacted me after I left an e-mail on the office website to see if she could assist me before my next appointment. My first adjustment was moved ahead when an opening appeared in the schedule , thus expediting my listening improvement. Dr. Orlando listens intently to concerns so that she can best resolve issues. At my first appointment following delivery of the new hearing aids she spent ample time listening to my concerns and making adjustments to further reduce background noise to improve comprehension. We also spent time using her audiology equipment to evaluate the effectiveness of new hearing protection that I purchased recently. In an effort to insure that I have the best possible performance from my new hearing aids Dr. Orlando encouraged me to call the office if assistance is needed before my next appointment. Southside Hearing continues to meet and exceed my expectations.
Everyone at Southside has been very professonel. They take the time to adjust the hearing aids to fit your hearing requirments not just a generic one size fits all. I have been very happy with the results and would recomend Southside Hearing Center to anyone thinking about getting hearing aids.
