Dr. Calabrese did my root canal yesterday, and as you can imagine, I was nervous about it. Can I tell you how incredibly great he was?! Dr. Calabrese was very gentle and took his time. He made sure I was numb and explained what he was doing along the way to ease any anxiety. Excellent doctor. The dental assistant and receptionists were equally as pleasant. Thank you to Southtowns Endodontal.
Dr. Braunstein and his staff was absolutely amazing today! Extremely professional, kind and caring. I was fully impressed, would 10/10 recommend.

Our son needed a root canal, they were not any openings until January but, he was in so much pain we were thankfully able to get him right in. Huge thanks to Dr. Vatral for coming into the office to take care of him! The sweet woman I spoke to this morning 12/9/2020 was so kind, caring and understanding. We’re so grateful for them. I had a root canal. The waiting was short. The doctor and staff were friendly and asked periodically how I felt as he worked. He used plenty of novocaine, so I felt no pain during the procedure. Relatively easy but a little anxious as always when my teeth are worked on. He kept me around to check the x-rays and said I looked good. I was a little sore after the procedure, which is normal, but far better than the pain of an abscess. There were no complications afterwards. Waiting to get a crown by my dentist. I have no complaints. Regarding root canals in general, my brother told me it's worth waiting until the infection is under control and the pain is relieved by the antibiotics very difficult while in pain since the novocaine isn't as effective in acidic/infected environments. Good luck.
Lets be real no one likes tooth pain or any work done on their teeth. Unfortunately this is my second time here and they do a great job, fast, efficient and walked me through the process also got me in right away which I was grateful for.
Dr. Calabrese has a gentle touch, kind misdemeanor and is very attentive! He's doing a root canal on me and I would definitely recommend him!!

Dr. Vatral did surgery on my front tooth. He was very nice and the office staff was very friendly.
