I have only been with Southwell Insurance for 6 months and have already recommended them. Mitch was extremely responsive in getting me quotes and answering my questions initially during the sign-up phase and has since been very responsive whenever I have questions.
Mark & I obtained Bruce as an agent over 30 years ago when we got married. He is a great agent and has been very good to us in all aspects. We couldn't image anyone else as our agent. We recommend him to everyone.

They gave us the cheapest rates for three vehicles. So far we've only had to have one vehicle towed for bad brakes and that was taken care of easily with no hassle. I just had to call in a claim and it was easy, straight to the point and they forwarded my info to the car rental and body shop so it was a breeze when I called them. I would recommend Southwell Insurance to anyone and everyone!
