Doctor rushed through my visit - less than 5 minutes. I drove over an hour for the appointment, for a less than satisfactory evaluation addressing my concerns. Don't waste your time.

This a completely impersonal version of family healthcare. You will only see residents the majority of the time, and very rarely, if ever, see your family doctor. You will never see the same one twice. When we originally became patients of this facility we started every appointment with a resident, but always saw the doctor to go over whatever we were there for. This is no longer the case. There is no follow up or continuity between appointments so if you’re looking for a caring compassionate doctor look elsewhere. Referrals and medical issues will go unchecked and should you be suffering from something extraordinary it will never be solved. The clinic is similar to a walk-in clinic, the bonus is that you can make an appointment and cut down your wait time.

Dr Kling has been the best family doctor I’ve ever had. If you are having an emergency, she will see you that day unlike other Family Doctors that often make you wait weeks. She has never rushed us out of an appointment and always takes the time to explain what is going on. If you are lucky enough to become one of her patients, you are in good hands. Hands down the best.

Love Dr Craig and Dr.Kling always been there to help when my family needs them! Their kind and very understanding their resident Dr Yoman was also so good with my daughter this past appointment was able to check everything he needed normally my daughter wont let people touch her ! We recommend all of them!! Great Team !!

It was a technical problem and I also missed my appointment on Thursday. Chelsea ,I don't agree with your one star. The doctors and the are the best and the residents work diligently to give everyone the best care. I understand your anger but these are great doctors

Dr. Stacie Kling is my new doctor and she is truly present with you; does not rush you; opens space to talk to her; this along with all the Staff at Middlesex Centre Family Clinic, makes this an extremely professional centre. I am thrilled that she is my new Doctor in London, Ontario.

Needed vital information going into an emergency room. Nurse refused to go talk to the doctor and get the information we needed. We had to send another doctor to the clinic to pull the file for us. The doctor had no idea about the emergency because the nurse was too lazy to relay the information to the doctor. Embarrassing show of the canadian medical system

I have to say the kindest person in the building is a nurse by the name sandy. the doctors are good at what they do and my previous post was not fair enough so to rectify the old review i would say that even as a previous patient the doctor that was attending to my care still has my best interest at heart.

A great family forward medical clinic. Accessible, convenient with nurses and doctors that take the extra time. Always on time with little delay. Lots of parking and just inside the town limits Pharmacy inside for convenience. #localguides

Dr. Kling is a compassionate and caring physician. She listens well and is very knowledgeable. Ilderton is extremely fortunate to have her.
