My experience with Dr. Agnes L. Charles has been of excellence and quality of service. She is the kind of Dr. that actually touch you. She made me a complete physical exam and explain to me my condition in words that I can understand. As a human being she is the best, caring and always helpful. It’s a blessing that Yuma can count with an excellent professional and person. She is the best of the best, thank you doctor for taking care of me.

Wanted to give it zero stars, but that was not an option. Been calling 1+ times a week since the end of June trying to get an appointment for my mom who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I finally told them they WERE making me an appointment. So, stage 4 cancer 20 lb weight loss and counting.....and have to wait another 3 weeks

All the staff is so helpful, most of them speak Spanish and can help you if you don’t speak English. They’re so nice.

My wife has been attempting to reschedule an appt for 2 days now to no avail. Very inconsiderate staff. Feels like no compassion for Patients. Very unprofessional
