Dr Smith works wonders. My wife and I had tried literally everything we could to clear up our issues from diet, exercise, fasting, and Whole30, to doctors and pharmaceuticals. Nothing worked! Dr Smith zeroed-in on the root cause of our health problems and designed a plan to get us out of the rut we had been in for years. - I had long standing allergies that cleared up. Every year in late summer I would break out in rashes on my face, neck, and legs that would last through the winter. Dermatologists repeatedly prescribed steroid creams. They would briefly clear me up, but I refused to live that way, on a cycle of steroids. After a two month program with Dr Smith and zero pharmaceutical medications, I must add I am completely clear. - I have been able to identify and eradicate the most simple dietary intolerance that seems to have been the origin of years of trouble. - I have had elevated blood pressure levels for all my adult life, I am now perfectly normal. The program comes with all the supplements you need throughout. Everything is planned for you. You only need to follow the instructions. After signing onto the program, you are assigned a coach who works with you weekly, making success almost foolproof. After the coaching they provide classes and education on sustaining your new lifestyle. It may be hard to believe, but permanent lifestyle change is real! You absolutely can be healed of the most persistent long-standing thorn in your side sicknesses and health challenges. I am living proof. I have only the highest level of respect for Dr Smith. She is second to none with her knowledge and personal interest in each client. Her programs are focused and customized for each individual and ultimately puts YOU in control of your health by walking with you through lifestyle changes that are achievable and can easily be maintained. These are the principles needed to change our health from the inside out. I am grateful to her and her amazing staff for the good they're doing. I have zero hesitation in bringing any one of my family members to work with Dr. Smith.
ThankYou Dr Smith for giving me a more clear understanding of the importance of clean nutrition and its positive affect on my the body , brain , and aging. When starting the program I really didn’t have any health issues. I wanted to know more and understand how it all worked and why. She and her team were there every step of the way with weekly phone calls and in between if I had a question. The supplements were so easy to take, they were pre-packages so no bottles to deal with. Recipes were provided along with shopping list for the week. I am very happy with the results I have seen and how much better I feel. I would recommend Dr. Smith to anyone man or woman that has health issues. She and her team will put you on the right path to wellness.
As a doctor myself I am careful about who I write review for. I would only recommend someone if I would use them for myself and my family. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith. She goes above and beyond to not just make you feel better but to truly get to the underlying cause of the problem and set you up for long term success.
I was sick and tired of feeling Sick and Tired!!! My GP said I was fine and nothing appeared to be wrong with me. Sure they would write me another prescription with more side effects that didn’t help. When I went to Dr Smith at SOZOS I got answers. I got a plan of action and I could be proactive in my health and yes there were specific things that were causing my fatigue and weight gain and sooo much more. I now have more energy to participate in life. I have almost lost all my weight gain! I highly recommend SOZOS and Dr Smith.
I was more than a bit skeptical and concerned if it was really worth the money I was spending for this service. However, over the last 5 years I continued to get worse and worse with my type-2 diabetes and blood pressure medications and then stage 3 kidney failure, so I decided to give it a real try at the encouragement of my wife of 51 years. In short, only after 6 months on the program I’m off all my diabetes medication 1000mg Metformin twice/day; 1.8ml Victoza injections; and 15 ml Tresiba insulin injections daily and no more blood pressure medications and have loss 42 pounds. It was truly a lifestyle change and my health today reflects the benefits of this lifestyle change and the worth of eating organic and health foods together with just a walking program 5 days per week. I’m a healthy 72 1/2 today, and knowing that I’m off all those medications which were constantly increasing year by year in dosage, kinds and COST is very comforting.
I have worked w/Dr. Chris for almost 2 years. I can't say enought positive things about Chris. She has taught me more about nutrition and health than any doctor I have ever seen. I have tried every diet there is to try, and fought my weight for years. I also have extremely low blood sugar and blood pressure. Today, I feel better than I've felt in a long time. She even has me exercising, at a gym no less!! It was a lot of work on my part, changing my eating habits, the foods that I eat, exercising etc., but I have seen the positive results. Chris is ALWAYS available to answer my questions, discuss my concerns etc. It has been a very positive journey for me. Thanks so much!!!
Please please please do not go to this place! If you want to try a program like this go to someone different. This lady has no idea how to teach this program. She says one thing then contradicts what she just said. She would say never eat this then say she said puts it in her shakes. She's completely disorganized and never knows what's going on. She lost some of my labs then claimed it wasnt her fault and I'd have to pay for extra labs. All you do on this program is go in and watch videos. She asked me to go in early for one of our group video sessions to go over some things that weren't working then when I got there she had completely forgot that she asked me so I just sat there 45 minutes waiting for the group to get there. She's not familiar with things she should be knowledgeable on to teach This course. CANOLA OIL IS NOT MADE FROM CORN. But if you ask her it is. And please DO NOT ferment veggies on your on just with her guidance. There is so much more to say about how awful this place is and how horrible she is at teaching this program but I have to stop now!
I would highly recommend Sozo!! I was so discouraged after suffering for years with Hashimoto's and other auto immune issues. Christine’s program has been life changing !! Thanks, Wanda Berthelot
I highly recommend SOZO and DR SMITH if you are feeling poorly for any reason, and if you are a bit overweight. I was feeling much better in only my first month FIVE STARS FOR SURE.
