My first time seeing a dermatologist. My doctor was sweet, gentle and reassuring that things will be taking care of. It took awhile to get in to see them. That is the only bad thing I could say. But it was worth the wait. The office staff was friendly and helpful. I would Highly recommend.
Outstanding. Premier deserves a standing ovation. From cosmetic to medical care, I have been through it all. I have moved out of state and willingly travel for appointments. Premier’s talented staff and compassionate care keep me as a loyal patient.
Treated with compassion, respect, and detailed attention. Dr Book called me personally even on Sunday. Also called me personally 2 other times after hours with biopsy results THE DAY AFTER it was done! Her nursing staff also is outstanding!
I had never been to a dermatologist before Premier. I'm being treated for multiple locations of Skin Cancer, two requiring Mohs surgery. For starters their office feels like you're at a Five star facility. The waiting room is gorgeous Everyone is happy and very pleasant to work with. The Drs and nurses put you at ease and explain everything they're doing while they are doing it. I am still under treatment and every visit has been exceptional!
Excellent treatment and very thorough. Friendly, helpful staff and a clean beautiful office. As a new patient, every concern I went there for was treated or addressed and I am confident in my future care with them.
I was really impressed! Everyone was so nice, and the office is beautiful. I saw Dr. Mann for my consult, and she made recommendations to me based on my skin issues. I went in thinking I needed a more expensive treatment, but after she saw me we decided on something different, and also less expensive : I would absolutely recommend them to a friend or family member.
Staci took time to explain the process of the procedure and options available. My skin felt amazing afterwarrds ! Staci was excellent! She also helped me review what next steps might be for me. Many thanks. I definitely recommend Staci and Premier Dermatology!
I went in today with my son. He was being seen by Brittany and she was truly amazing. I can not tell you how much I loved that place, everybody was extremely nice to us and very professional as well. Would highly recommend coming here to anyone i know!
Everyone I encountered was genuinely nice. Elizabeth was helpful and made my comfort and procedure plan her priority. I never felt rushed, like I was on a assembly line. This was my second appointment with Dr. Baltz. She administered my procedure and the appointment proceeded in a timely manner…again not rushed. This office was clean and the staff were nicely dressed in scrubs and well groomed. As far as the staff and medical procedures are concerned, I would not hesitate to recommend this office.
Premier Dermatology is full of the most coolest, nicest, genuine Staff I've had the pleasure of witnessing in a while. Nellie and her assistant made me feel so comfortable during my first cosmetic laser removal treatment.The Receptionists were super sweet. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use the services they offer before going anywhere else. Update: 6/21/23 I had my 2nd tattoo eyeliner removal laser treatment done today and just wanna add in- Nellie and Staff are still Amazing! I truly love going to Premier Dermatology and can't wait for my final results.
