Kelly Lamicella is the current owner of Spa Bella Salon & Boutique in Point Pleasant. Kelly opened Spa Bella 3 years ago and has been voted Ocean County's #1 Hair, Nail, and Spa for 3 straight years in the Asbury Park Press Best of the Best!!
