SPA Church is a church plant of the Convocation of Anglicans in North America sharing with everyone because God is active today, for healing and salvation.
We are a Church that believes that in order to successfully reach people, the Gospel must be preached in a positive way. God’s love for us is the basis of the Gospel.
Core beliefs of SPA Church are:
God is active in the world today.
Jesus is truly the God made man, who walked on earth.
We can experience God through his Holy Spirit today. (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Referencing Galatians 5:22)
God seeks to reconcile all people through his grace. (God loves unity between all people and unity with himself.)
God’s work is visible in our lives and we experience it as improved, healed, or transformed.
True community is governed by God and is experienced best by his people in unity and holiness.
Prayer changes things.
Prayer shapes what we believe.
We use the Holy Bible to determine Truth. We believe the historic creeds and reference the Thirty Nine Articles of Religion as the base for Anglican theology and worship.
We rely on God’s grace for success.
