I went back today for a fill and 2 weeks ago for the full set. I was in, service was great. I didn't have to wait that long, the lady was very nice. And! I loved how she did my nails. The pricing I felt is decent as well. I will good back. They are my new place to go.
I had an appointment for last Friday and they were able to get me in early! Tina did such a good job on my nails and I will for sure be coming back. Today we were visiting in JC and had some unexpected circumstances come up so not being from JC and knowing it was Mothers Day Weekend I googled Nail Salons in the area and started calling around to see who would take a walk in. I normally use Spa Nails 2 in Columbia and love it there so I called this one to see if they would accept a walk in and I was told yes. I drive all the way over to their store just to be told when I walked in “Come back later,she had two appointments about to come in.” I literally had just called not even 5-10 minutes prior to showing up being told they can accept a walk in. Completely wasted my time and gas when I could have been told over the phone “we do accept walk ins but we are not able to at this moment,” it wasn’t hard for the other two salons I called to let me know “we do accept walk ins but we are pretty busy right now.” Just really poor customer service and now that I read the reviews on this place before writing mine I can see that this is a common problem!
This is THE best nail salon! I have been coming here for at least two years now and they are consistent, friendly, accommodating, and my nails last at least three weeks. The only reason I can’t get four weeks from a mani/pedi is because my nails get too long. The place is clean and their hygiene is top notch, making sure to take every precaution. I highly recommend this salon. I would not go anywhere else.Services: Polish removal

Went in to look for new Nail Salon, staff super kind. Asked for arycil nails to be shortened, had 4 nails to be fixed. Gel polish after left next day my gel came peeling off after looking you could seen it was layered too many times. Fixed nails fell off.
They do amazing work. You can make lots of special requests and they usually always meet them. I always leave a tip. I love their positive attitude. They are very family friendly and professional.Services: Pedicure
Quick to get it, very clean and very polite! They even fixed my daughter's nails for free after she accidentally messed the polish up pretty bad at the drying station. Prices are good, for a full set of acrylics with regular polish it was $30. Will most likely return
First time at Spa Nails 2 today. My daughter and I walked in fingers crossed for availability. We asked for pedicures and dip nails for both of us. The lady said she only had time for one of us. Since we were there for homecoming prep for my daughter we put her in the chair. They did a great job on her nails! While I waited for my daughter, they had time to do my pedicure, so I got that done. Great experience! My daughter’s pedicure was fantastic, too. We’ll be back!
