My first time visiting this nail spa and I am hooked. They do amazing work and I've found my new spa home. I highly recommend Maya for a pedicure and Janay for a full set.
I spent $77 on a poorly shaped full set that wasn’t even close to what I asked for and the nails didn’t last 10 days. I’ve never had a set pop off like press ons like this. Never going back. Edit: I read the other recent reviews and forgot to mention what someone else said, they definitely asked all the people of color to pay while still being serviced, saying they needed to close out so the receptionist could go home. I was still being serviced at least 30-45 minutes later and the receptionist was still there.
This is my go to nail spa. The employees are friendly and as of late the team has become more diverse. Make sure you have an appointment for faster service. Always pleased with my nails. Not really a place to go if you are looking for the latest nail designs hence the 4 stars.
I could honestly cry at how this business has ruined my birthday weekend due to neglect and inability to manage their promises to customers. I sent a picture and even booked an appointment only for them to shrug me quickly off the phone and fail to follow up with an appointment time like I requested. I call back and I was told to come in the morning only THE DAY BEFORE MY FLIGHT. Only to be told once again that they were unable to be there at the time SHE GAVE me. It's the lack of consideration for both me and the nail artist. Neglectful isn't even the word....imagine the care they will apply to your nails. There are many nail shops in Owings Mills just save yourself the time and the stress and go elsewhere. If they were honest just once, instead of hungry for money. I could have found an alternative before now. But their greed has put me in a terrible place. It’s disgusting honestly.
Thi took care of me; she's so sweet. I had the deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. The experience was phenomenal & the price is reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Happy Holidays!

Overall it was nice. I made an appointment and had to wait a little bit for 2 pedicure chairs to open so me and my sister could sit together. I had no problems with that. My problem came in when they told me to pick a color from wall which I did. I chose a neon orange cause well u know summer and all. Well anyway I get color and go get pedicure I was not informed that there would be an additional charge for the orange I chose. I was informed after toes were already painted and when I went to get my gel manicure that is when I was told about the additional charge... hence why I went with white on my nails rather than the orange. I understand special colors and such but if I would have known it was special I wouldn't have chose that color... other nail salons I have gone to put speciality colors in a Different area... just inform customers before applying colors etc. My nails do look good I appreciate the patience my nail tech took.
Holly did my gel mani & polish change on my toes. She's very nice and detailed. Janae did my Daughter's full set acrylic nails. She's awesome
I have been coming here for about a year now. They typically can't do what I want like an ombre nail but the customer service was always so great I just made it work. The last time yesterday I was a walk-in and the nail tech Nina seemed like she was not interested in doing my nails. She cut under my nail by being aggressive and scratched 2 of my cuticles. I asked if she could do ombre and she said yes but when it came time to do it she asked me what color then told me no she could only do pink and white. So I said ok and it took her 4 different attempts and 40mins later after my fill-in was done no ombre. I had to leave with my nails not painted to make an appointment I had. I came back and the manager took me but wanted to charge me extra for a French tip using 2 colors with no regard for my time wasted or bad service. I had already paid for the French tip before I left.Service: Acrylic nails
They were able to fit me in at the last minute with no problem. My nails look beautiful!
