I used them last year and everything went just fine. The bouncy house was a hit! I recommended them to anyone who asked. So I decided to use them again this year. I used their website to reserve the same bouncy house and a few weeks go by and I don't hear from them. I decide to call to see what's going on, and they inform me they're completely booked! Even though I requested it a month ago. I understand they get busy, but at least give me the courtesy of calling or emailing to say you're booked full so I can look elsewhere.
