Delivered on time and very helpful in picking the correct spot. Our slide was one of their largest at 80ft long and they had it up and running in 20 minutes. Everyone had a blast and was disappointed to see it leave. If I rent a waterslide again, I will reserving it at Inflatable Party Magic of Burleson!
We have used Inflatable Party Magic now twice this summer to bring fun activities for our guests at the RV resort. The water slide/bounce house combo was as huge hit and kids of all ages really used it from the time we got it until the end of the day. We also rented the FOAM machine and boy oh boy, that was a winner! The ordering online is easy and I got all my questions answered right away when I called them. The young men who came out to deliver, set up and pick-up at the end of the day were professional and courteous.
This is the place for party supplies! We have used them twice and both times have been an amazing experience! The company is fast at setting up and taking down. On top of tipping them we also offered them a piece of cake!! We will for sure be using them again!!
Two days before we needed our water slide I realized I had rented one that wouldn’t accommodate water, I emailed Chanda and this was quickly switched out for a similar slide that would work with water as well. It was an easy process and very professional. The slide was clean, the kids had a blast, set up was quick!
The company showed up on schedule, set it up super quick and it worked great! No holes, no scratchy material! We will definitely be using them and their awesome employees again!
i had a great experience with inflatable party magic! i had to cancel our party very last minute due to covid and they gave me a rain check. then when i rescheduled it was no issue. the guy that delivered our stuff was super nice and set it up very quick. then they came back to get everything and was fast with that as well. i definitely recommend them!
We love Inflatable Party Magic this is our 2nd or 3rd time renting from them. The kids really enjoyed all of the inflatable we rented especially the water inflatables. My staff had fun on them as well!! Definitely would recommend them, staff are polite and friendly as well! Thank you and keep up the awesome job will be renting in the future #Loyal-customer
Always arrives early. Delivery guys were nice and quick with set up. Been using inflatable party magic for about 4 years and always a good experience!
No one ever showed up. I paid $275 for a Combo house and they never showed. I placed deposit in March. Paid in full the week of event. We confirmed address and set up time. I called 35 minutes AFTER and they said we were their next stop. They then text us about 30 minutes prior saying they were on the way and we heard from them no more. Ridiculous service. They haven't called or text to apologize for their ridiculous, inexcusable service.
Easy to set a date & great selection! We had a problem with set up the day of but they brought a replacement bounce house within the hour! 10/10 would recommend.
