If you want to be forced to pay for a full months rent going 1.5 days into a month then I advise renting elsewhere. I have rented units for kids for college all over and have never had this issue.

Nicki Is the Best! We recently rented a unit here, and I would have to say the facility is very nice, clean, but the most important factor of this place is the customer service I received from Nicki at the front desk! She was very helpful with everything from signing the lease, to showing as around, to letting us know everything that the facility offers. Especially right now and good employees are hard to find, she is definitely a keeper. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone. And if they need help while they are here to talk to Nicki at the front desk!
Just rented a 5x10 unit today to store items during the sale of our home. It was such a pleasure to work with Nicki. She was extremely helpful, friendly and actually made the experience enjoyable. The facility is clean and there's plenty of packing items for sale if you need it. The process to rent the unit was extremely fast and easy and we completed most of the paperwork online. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you Nicki for your help today. We appreciate it!
It can easily be qualified as a world class storage. Entire building is climate controlled, building is well secured with pin code protected entry ways, cameras and light sensors are on each floor. We've been utilizing their service for almost 3 years now. Sure there might be cheaper options in town, but you get what you pay. With Spacebox you'll be getting a premium quality unit. They also offer optional moving trucks for your moving needs. And their customer service is excellent.
Excellent customer service! I needed a storage unit on a Sunday and the manager came in just to assist me. Very clean and nice place. Many extras for tenants. I really appreciated everything!
