Specialize in Microblading Eyebrows and Eyelash Extensions
Betty Vang has always been driven and goal oriented. She has always had a passion for the Beauty Industry. Like most people, she was working a regular 9 to 5 job. She knew she was capable of more. She decided to take that leap and follow her dream. She attended Paul Mitchell The School, in Portland, OR. Needless to say, this was the best decision she has ever made. She has always been creative, artistic and extremely meticulous. She quickly gained knowledge of the Beauty industry and all it has to offer. She quickly fell in love with Lash Extensions. She loved the how something so subtle can make life a little easier. Once perfecting the art of Lash application, she quickly gained popularity. She managed to open her own business which you all know as Spades Beauty today.
Betty quickly started to stand out and caught the attention of other companies. She was contacted and offered to teach Lash Extension courses. She would continue and started teaching courses in many different states and cities.
Having always been determined and staying on top of the latest fashion trends, she turned her attention to Microblading. This new found art really peaked her interest. She loved how natural it was. She wanted to be able to give her clients their youth, beauty and most importantly, giving them more time of there day with one less thing to worry about. In the state of Oregon, you are required to attend a licensed tattoo school and pass a State Board Test to obtain a tattoo license. After searching, she quickly discovered there were no schools that offered Microblading. She attended a local Cosmetic Tattoo School where she would go on to learn permanent tattoo, which was not what she wanted to do. Upon completion, and passing her State test, she started to seek additional education. She attended numerous conferences, workshops and training courses out of State. Once she was satisfied with the knowledge she collected, she had practiced for a few years before she was satisfied enough to offer it to her clients. She was a perfectionist and her toughest critic.
After many years of practice and the amount of inquiries of wanting to learn, she decided she was ready to offer her talent to students.
