My husband and I very much enjoyed our flight by Mount Rainier. Doug our pilot was pleasant and informative. I strongly recommend Spans flight!
Went there for my Flight Review and had a pleasant experience. The reception from the desk was friendly and the time with Joe, the CFI, was also a good experience.
I would select zero stars if i could. The experience and customer service that was received from the puyallup location was absolutely disgusting. My cousin who arrived to America from Ukraine decided to surprise her husband with a flight tour, and an appt was scheduled over the phone on thursday 09/01 for a flight for 09/03 at 9 am we let them know he is limited in speaking english and the lady over the phone said that’s alright, since he isn’t taking lessons just a joyride. Once arrived on saturday they weren’t able to “find his apt” since they failed to schedule him. They ask to come back at 2 pm- they then call and cancel the apt and reschedule for 09/04. This is no longer a surprise- but he is still just excited to fly. Sunday comes and he arrives to his apt. and he is told they won’t allow him to fly because he does not understand english!!! THEY TOLD HIM TO COME BACK IN A FEW MONTHS ONCE HE LEARNS ENGLISH. Once we asked for a refund they stated they were unable to process a refund that day and to come back later in the week once the manager comes in!!! He understands but does not speak well, and this was already discussed at day of scheduling. We are absolutely mortified by the customer service and lack of professionalism. And that a refund was not processed and they expect us to return a fourth time! do not recommend this place
Look no further, you have found them! Looking for a flight school or even just some scenic time is a full time schedule. Being a really strong person in believing in leaders must put others first is not only something that this flight school possesses but believes in that. I took my first flight with this school and I could not have been more pleased. No matter where you live. No matter how you decide to get there. This is the place you can relax and feel at home. Don’t put off finding out if this is the right fit. A secret “it is”! Great price points and believe that always plays a big part in learning. Call them up even open on saturdays. No I’m not paid for this review I just believe in what I say about a great school that needs to be recognized. Have already referred one now working on the rest of you. call today!
SpanaFlight has a very nice FBO and their owner Doug Miller is a very hospitable guy. Their instructors are also very professional. I stopped by to train one of their instructors in an M350 for one of my clients. I also own a Flight School in Florida and can honestly say SpanaFlight knows their stuff when it comes to customer service. Their facilities were organized, clean, and very welcoming.
Great place to train, and a good selection of aircraft to rent. I've had two flight reviews with different instructors and rented many of the planes.
Great place, staff was knowledgeable and really helpful when I was working at getting my pilots license. They went the extra mile to make sure I was well trained and well taken care of every time I went in there. Can't say enough about the them, did great job with teaching me and taking care of the aircraft. Thank you
I flew in from California KSTS. I wasn't renting their aircraft or using their services. Yet they let my niece and nephew stay in their lobby, made them feel very welcome, made the computer available to them and even offered them food and drink while they waited their turn for me to take them up in my borrowed sportsman 2+2 in 2 seat config. so one at a time including dad Overall a very nice and tidy operation that place, with good friendly staff!
Mechanics are spot on and professional. The owner goes over and above for customer service. Highly recommend Spanaflight for you mechanical needs.
Flight with granddaughter foiled by fog. Landed at Narrows and had breakfast at Hub. Waited for fog to clear and returned to Thun field.
