About Me:
My name is Anna Nicole Spangler. I am a licensed and insured massage therapist in the state of Oregon. I graduated from East-West College of Healing Arts in 2009 with over 800 hours of training. I am experienced in Swedish, deep tissue and hot stone modalities.
While I have a spa background and am well-versed in the great relaxation aspects of my practice, my passion lies more in deep, focused work. Daily activities and habits cause muscle tension, which can cause postural distortion, which can cause pain and muscle tension elsewhere, leading to other habits... the cycle continues. As a creative problem solver, I am always excited to discover these unique patterns and how to ease them in each individual's body. I love massage as a healing art because it can provide immediate relief for those experiencing muscular discomfort, but also offers long-term benefits for those seeking to reverse this cycle.
Making sure my clients have a comfortable and enjoyable experience is always my priority. Every session is completely customizable to find balance between what you want and what your body needs.
