Spanish Trails Apartments

This is a great property to live at. The manager is very involved in the day to day on the property, and actually cares about the residents and the apartments as a whole. The complex is pet friendly and they have maintenance to take care of everything from a leaky sink to needing a new door knob. If you are looking for a place to live in the Sulphur Springs area, I recommend checking this property to see if they have any vacancies!

Owners are TERRIBLE! They don't want anyone knowing they own the place so they can keep doing shady business. The apartments have mold growing in the walls that just gets painted over. My walls have holes from a leak that happened over a month ago and they have yet to fix it or even see if there's now mold in there. There's roaches in every apartment I've seen here and the smell of marinuana just seeps through your vents! The ONLY good thing about here is the property manager Erica. Everyone else sucks!

There have been many many changes since the new owner/owners have arrived. They are very lenient on certain circumstances and really understanding on the fact that life happens. It is very easy to communicate any issues you have and they are really quick at having repairs done. I highly recommend moving here if you are looking for a place that is nice and not overpriced. Have never had any issues with any of my neighbors or any other tenants for that matter. It is a very safe environment for children and pets. So 5 stars are absolutely in order and if I could give more I definitely would.

When we first moved in we got a one bedroom updated that came with a a brand new refrigerator,stove and counter tops! After a few months we decided we needed a bigger apartment and moved downstairs to a two bedroom that came with the same new appliances but this apartment also came with brand new washer and dryer! And it was a easy transfer to the new apartment. Didn't have to wait for lease to be up to make the switch. Not to mention unlike everywhere apartment complex they allow you to have your fur babies with you!

I was looking for apartments in the area and chose this place just on the friendliness and availability of the site managers. The apartment is newly remodeled and I just love it. Nice new granite counter tops.

Change of Ownership and new management huge difference, major renovation and improvements

The manager Erika and the maintenance guy are wonderful. They stay on top of things they care about there tenants and fix your issues in a timely manner. Love em....

Absolutely love it out there!!! The neighbors are quite, love the colors of the apt. Everything is really nice and u just can't ask for a better manager!!

Newly remodeled , and with new management its cleaned up from what it was around a year or two ago. Now it's a great place to live with children and its pet friendy.

We live here and i have to say it has come a long ways. We have a very understanding and sweet manager that goes above and beyond for her tenants.
