Love it! You wouldn't realize the complex existed in District Heights. Huge rooms....convenient to both metro stations and Maurice is a trooper and awesome! He doesn't play and he knows his stuff. Wouldn't lie....Good job....nice price considering how prices are crazy in the DMV.....management should not change a thing right now.
Spanish village is an awesome place to live, safe , no loitering, friendly residents, management is amazing, the rooms are ridiculously hugh, price is amazing. I love love love it here.
