Spark - Hazleton

It's a good place, but I recently had an appointment where they changed my wires and whatever and not even a day passed and one of my brackets broke ive been doing the same routine I did with my old orthadontist and never broke a bracket before!

My kids obtained a new insurance and I was told by the receptionist that I no longer have payments as the insurance picked up the payments and I have proof of this. Well my old insurance keeps getting bills, I told them this many times. They said that's not correct but I have proof of this as well via email. They refused to give me something saying the new insurance was billed or was ever billed and continue to tell me they are not billing the old insurance company. Ive talked to them so many times that the billing is incorrect. They cancelled my kids appointments and now we have a huge bill and late fees that they sent to collections. Mind you I cant just go to another Orthodontist and my kids are way overdue. Great staff!!! terrible billing!!! All Ide like is for someone to look at the billing.

I have been going there for almost a year and my experience has been great! Almost everyone is very friendly, waiting does not take long and feels like an overall safe and friendly environment. The doctor is very friendly and usually listens to any worries, concerns or questions I have. However, my most recent appointment I was seen by someone who was very aggressive and seemed to get more irritated and more aggressive the more I expressed discomfort. Did not communicate what they were doing, just seemed irritated the entire time and had personal conversation with someone else. It’s important to remember I’m a patient and I can’t see what is being done inside my mouth. I hope I’m never seen by this person again as I had never had a bad experience with any of the other girls. At the moment I will say I did want to mention something, but did not want to make matters worse. Hopefully this review doesn’t make my experience worse from here on out.

Horrible customer service! I told them i had something stabbing me & they refused to see me because i had a payment due that THEY failed to tell me!! They said i’ll sign a contract when they see me but nothing about a payment! So I continue to get stabbed in the mouth for they’re mistake. I’m switching over my treatment to someone who actually cares about they’re customers! after driving an hour too!

I absolutely love Sparks. I go to the one in Hazelton with Dr. Tina, and they are so kind and welcoming. I’m always comfortable asking questions about my treatment, and recently moved towns and had no problem switching offices. The dental assistants are also so gentle and even offer me chapstick!! Love sparks and would highly recommend to anyone trying to achieve that perfect smile.

Dr. Tina and her team are amazing! They made the Invisalign process super easy and fun! I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a 5 star orthodontic experience to try Spark!

Very good workers at the hazleton sparks. They always are concerned asking how the braces are, if I have questions/concerns. They are all very friendly, educated, and patient people.
