The man who did my manicure did NOT do it well. I asked for white chrome. First he put the wrong chrome shade and made my whole nail silver even after I showed him the picture. Then when he fixed it, I noticed the application of the white polish was poorly put on. He put way too much polish making my nails look like they have dents all over and brush marks. My nails look too bulky and not smooth and concise. I also asked for almond shape and I got a wacky crooked oval shape. He didn’t even measure and compare each corresponding finger for length on each hand. This man has NO technique. I should have gone to one of the ladies. They did my feet pretty nicely. But the man has NO idea what he’s doing.
This place has soo much potential , all the workers are sooo talented . Jenny is the best nail tech there in my opinion her shaping is on another level and she pay so much attention to detail . I didnt give 5 stars just because their range in color is soooo limited . The owner needs to really get some new nail polish colors in there and new color samples . Another thing i ding this place for is that sometimes it doesnt really seem lively i wish there were some art from each nail tech on their stations or something so you can see what their capable of . Other then those 2 things this place is overall great , they are care of you quickly !
The worst do not go here .Can't even do simple flowers on your nails and the lady can't even do simple almond shape...Instead I just did the sparkle nail polish cause they couldn't do the flowers and I paid 45 still for something I didn't even like smh....Never again
The most horrible experience I’ve had I went in to get a new set and my plan was to have my nails look like the first photo. Instead Tommy who is the one in charge of the place suggested to just get fill in which I agreed to. However his work is so bad I constantly was showing him the photo and how I wanted my nails to look like and I ended up with bump, sloppy and ugly nails. They look nothing like the picture and I asked for gel and not even 30 mins my gel started to peel off this is a disgrace and I will never go back there ever again. The fact that I had to rush to another nail salon and I showed them my nails they asked if I had a professional do it is so embarrassing. The photos speak for themselves 100% and I wish I could rate them lower. DONT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!?
Got my nails done 2 days ago,, Paid 45 for this !!!! waited 50 minutes on top of that I should of took it as a sign to run my nails look like a diy project I just wanted to get the heck out of there & was tired of explaining what is wrong with each nail along the way
Worst nail experience EVER!!! I’ve been here about 4 times and Anne usually does my nails but she wasn’t there this day so I ended up sitting with tommy I think his name is. First off, he didn’t even speak to me I don’t want to have a full blown convo just a simple hello would’ve been fine the only thing he said to me was what color, and go wash your hands. No greeting, no thank you for coming, no bye, NOTHING. So I figured he’s just like that and his work speaks for him. WHEN I TELL YOU I’ve never seen French tips done so horribly it was ridiculous. It was a FILL IN And he tried to charge me $40, WHERE???!!! But I don’t like to complain or put a price on anybody work because I know how hard it can be at times. But his work that day?? Oh no didn’t want to be there or do my nails, could’ve just said no honestly. So he finishes apparently, and the only reason I knew he was done was bc he got up and walked to the register. Then, when I showed him how bad of a job he did he had the audacity to ask me if I wanted $5 back like what? And begged me to please return to get my nails done. Yea, no thanks.Service: Acrylic nails
Way too expensive and totally not worth it. The male owner was rough and in a rush. I asked for a specific design and he said he could do it. Then more people walked in through the door and he said he couldn’t do the design I want because he doesn’t have the tools for it. Lies!! since it wasn’t hard for him to do. Then tried to do a design and color I did not want. I spent $40 for oddly shaped nails with no design. NEVER AGAIN!
the man tommy is really aggressive when buffing acrylic nails, will take off real nail and inflicts actual pain while he gets paid from it unless he can make you cry, than it’s “on the house” this place sucks only came here because they had free parking. avoid at all cost!!!Service: Acrylic nails
This place is great for the job of getting your nails done, but the structure of the nail techs SUCK. Favoritism with certain customers, and not being attentive to customers waiting and walk-ins. The owner is gentle giant, but I don’t think he’s aware because he’s also working as well for the customers. Really good job in doing the nails, but favoritism with certain nail techs and there customers/friends of the nail techs
Gel manicure was good but Pedicure wasn't. I think for the price they charge they could do a better job. Is a very busy place so make sure you have extra time available when coming. Staff is great and friendly
