This place was great and convenient until they raised the price, removed 6 dryers and all of the 5 small loads they had. Most of the machines are out of service. The vending machine for soap doesn’t work, the lady who works there has her son working for her while she just folds laundry she doesn’t clean anything and leaves dándome so la or towels anywhere. It’s messy. The dryers were 35 cents and went up to 70 cents and the washers are expensive to and hardly work. No longer coming here.
This place looks more dirty every week. Mens restroom is shut down. Some dryers don’t work well. Their vents are full of dust.
Do not let these ppl wash your clothes! They seem to wash and dry everything on high heat which I'm surprised that they work at a laundry mat but don't know how to wash fabrics. 2 different times, the first they shrunk all my 2x shirts, luckily most were just undershirts. The second time, they shrunk all my collar work shirts and refused to give me a discount at first then gave me 20% discount the next. I'm now looking into legal ways to be re imbursed. I don't buy cheap clothing and they ruined over 300$ in polos, sweaters, and sweats that no longer fit me
Yesterday was the first time I've ever used a Fluff and Fold service and I had the best experience ever! I dropped off my clothes in the morning and picked up on the way home... Excellent! Otherwise if you go there to do your own laundry the machines are always clean and ready to use. Plenty of room to move around, I'm just sad Albert is no longer there; he was great!
This place is terrible!!!! I came in twice It always smells disgusting, the machine are rigged to take your money!!! They just randomly “get stuck” and you don’t even get your money back if it does. The lady tall with glasses, black hair and has her headphones in all the time here is no help at all and she sooo rude and bias with her customers. I do NOT recommend this place at all!!! Not even for a las resort. Take your business elsewhere I promise it will be the best thing you’ll ever do!
Love this laundry mat, unfortunately have to resort to a different location since the cost of drying is now close to a dollar. .75 cents for 11minutes. Some dryers do not dry and really don't feel like bothering the attendant for a reimbursement which then cost me more to dry.
Ridiculous went twice to wash, I lost my card. Turns out they aren't giving out any cards at the moment due to the machine being broken. Why not fix it? Went twice and was a waste of time.
Went Sunday 10/10, place was packed with people hogging all the available machines. A lot of them broken, so not in service. I left not realizing I left behind a dryer with clothes. Not cheap clothes either. Went by today 10/14, to see if I could get it back. Turns out they "donated" all the clothes they had in their storage closet. It wasn't weeks or months, 4 days later!!! I will never go back to this place!!!
Very nice attendants. And clean. They are updating some of the machines. Really helpful if you lose your card really clean and organized.
Love this laundry, it’s so convenient. Although yes, the machines could use some improvements , my clothing never comes out smelling weird. The staff is so friendly, especially Mirna. She attends me very well & she’s so sweet. Always has the laundry looking clean & helps you with everything, look for her if you have any concerns. Highly recommend this place.
