My first and last delivery was today on 8-17-23. I was lied to at Costco about being able to use my current PRIMO brand water bottles as a deposit for our deliveries. Came home to the new bottles and the empties both on my porch. Keep in mind the bottles I have already from primo are identical to the ones delivered. From the blue plastic bottle, to the label, and even the sku on the label is the same. When I called Sparkletts to see why they didn't pick up the deposit, I got nothing but excuses till they came with the truth. They don't take their own bottles back if you don't acquire the bottles directly from them. I was told the exact opposite while being talked into an account by one of their representatives at Costco. After I questioned the legitimacy of not accepting your own bottles deposits, the customer service lady I spoke to went as far as claiming the bottles were different. So I asked her, "When you come back to my house in 4 days for my next delivery with another 7 bottles, how are you going to know I'm not giving you 7 bottles from Walmart? There's no way I'm drinking 35 gallons of water in 4 days". I got nothing but silence because she knew the company policy didn't make any sense except to charge people even more money for deposits they don't need.... Then I explained that the bottles were identical in every way, which she attempted to double down again and say they were not. When I described the bottles, labels, and UPC...she just cut me off and said she didn't have any of that information in front of her.. I explained that Sparkletts charged Walmart for the deposit, then Walmart charged me the same deposit. It makes no sense to not honor deposits from your own products. Anyways, I'll get off my soapbox. Dishonest company who lies about reducing plastic use, with dishonest reps as well. It's too bad they can't be more honest about pitching their products and services or just take their own bottles back. Not very green or earth friendly to want more of your own plastic bottles in circulation. Especially when part of your business model is reduction of plastic use.
Couldn't be happier with customer service! Kevin is a truly great employee! Kind, professional, and always polite, he will bring the bottles to our covered porch, ring our doorbell, and check if we need more or less bottles, and make sure we are satisfied every delivery. Today, he even replaced our dispenser with an extra one he carries on the truck for such an occasion. He is well prepared and goes above and beyond. We have chosen the spring water option and have been completely satisfied with the quality. The water is delicious, and since it is nice and cold from the dispenser, it is very refreshing. I am a huge tea lover, so I can't not live without the instant hot water now. Sparkletts has us spoiled!
I’ve had the best experience with this company. When I decided to go with this company a few months back it was a quick and easy set up but my rep Silvan took his time to carefully explain how everything works, how to use the app and to give him a call if I ever have any questions. I am always forgetting to make sure my precious update before delivery date they do also send out reminders and Silvan took his time to reach out to ensure what I had on my order sheet was correct. The customer service I have received from this company is beyond great and I would recommend them to anyone!
We get water delivery from Sparkletts at the company I work for in The Woodlands. Sylvan is the absolute best! Amazing customer service, very informative and friendly! Always on schedule! He really goes above and beyond. I once called because we were running low, and he made sure to stop by a couple of days before our scheduled delivery.
My experience has been wonderful. I have dealt with several other companies regarding water in my past and ill have to say Sparkletts has been my best choice ever since. Sergio my delivery driver has been nothing but the best. He goes above and beyond to get the water I order to me. Definitely an employee that cares about his customers. I won't be switching vendors anytime soon..
I am wanting to express my wonderful experience I've had with my Route Representive Sylvan. He simply couldn't do his job any better, as he has indeed mastered the craft of amazing customer service. Anything I needed, he provided without hesitation. And I simply can't over look his attention to detail that he maintains for his customers....talk about rare. Thank you Sylvan for still doing what we rarely see today.....and that's, caring enough about your customers to go above and beyond. I have not always had a positive experience with Sparkletts Water customer care service, however, Sylvan is indeed a breathe of fresh air.
We absolutely Love our water delivery service! One it has saved us so much time and the quality is superior! Sergio our delivery guy is always on target! We get notification calls, text, and emails letting us know our next delivery is coming up- on top of a calendar! The Willowbrook branch is great!!!
Sylvan has been our rep for several years. He is courteous, professional and always willing to go above and beyond. The water we receive every month is fantastic. We would highly recommend this company. They are great to work with.
Love this water company! They always deliver when scheduled, if I forget to update my order, Sylvan is always accommodating, friendly & professional. We previous had a different water delivery company that could not keep to their schedule, so we changed to Sparkletts and we are extremely happy with the service and personnel. We needed to exchange our original water cooler for another, Sylvan had an extra - changed them without any hassles. They go the extra mile to ensure perfect customer service!
I just signed my company up for water delivery service and have not been disappointed yet. Sylvan has been so wonderful since day one, always educating us, taking the time to train us on our machine, how to change the water us, and explaining all the options available to us. He’s always fast, friendly, and on time. We appreciate him so much! When our office didn’t enjoy the water they came out next day and replaced the water. Highly recommended!
