Sparkling Image Car Wash

I paid $60 for a hand wash outside only. It took 1 hour. For this price and amount of time I expect a great wash and attention to detail. Wheel wells were not cleaned, soap marks left around, and scuffs I assume they circled to rub out were left behind along with the pen marks. I wasn’t expecting to be there so long and needed to get back to work or I wouldn’t have left with my car looking like this. I would not return or recommend this place to anyone with a higher end car.

Eh.. first time I allowed anyone to wash this car after 2yrs of ownership. A reminder why I do it myself lol. They have too many people on one car & things get missed working over each other. Id' suggest to be careful when driving at first, tires have no grip from detailing area. It's fast food service but very nice people and wishing them the best.

They are great! I come every week and they take care of my car and always very attentive with my questions and needs! Will recommend 100%. My car is always sparkling!

I paid $74 exterior wash + interior detail for this. I will say I had a parking violation sticker stuck on my window + some dried candle wax stuck in a door handle pocket that they both removed which I'm very grateful for but paying $74 to have ALL of this remaining has me questioning what else they even did. What is the point of paying for a service if this is how it comes out? The last 2 pictures show all the grime on the outside of my car and how me wiping it with just my spit made it come off. Now I have to deal with the confrontation of coming back to complain which always makes me feel super bad. I won't be a repeat customer because I hate having to deal with this. * Update They never acknowledged that most of my car didn’t look like it had been cleaned, and I got a *partial* refund after strongly insisting that I would not accept a "redo" from them. If you don't stick up for yourself and in all honesty, come off as a Karen, you end up paying $74 for a spit wash. It's emotionally exhausting and a total vibe killer. Never again.

Not even worth $5 honestly you can do a better job on your own I had to tell them they missed certain spots and even at that they didn’t do a go job overall

If I can give this place no stars I would. I took my car there today 09/04 It was not busy i guess because of the holiday. I paid $37, better yet I threw $37 away. I paid for a wash, vacuum, tire shine and interior cleaning as they call it " a wipe down" when my car came out I thought that they hadn't finished cleaning it yet. A man held up a receipt looking for the owner of the car. When I got to the car I notice the car was still wet and looked like it hadn't been washed at all, like all they did was wet it. They even broke a piece off the inside of the car and left it on the passenger seat, and fixing something on a Mercedes is not cheap. I told the man that the car was still wet he looked at me and walked away, I asked him for a towel so i could dry it and he didn't even acknowledged what I said. The car still had some dirt inside like it was not vacuumed, still had dirt on front bumper and the tires were have sprayed with tire shine!!!! Then he had to nerve to give me a bad look because I didn't Tip him . I will never return to that car wash, I rather take it the the Mobil Station and but it through the machine. It does a better Job!

I don’t tent to write reviews that often but for this place I’ll write one. I don’t know what happened if the management changed but the last two times I’ve been here the carwash sucks. I did a $75 dollars detailed and i had to come home and wipe my seats again because it wasn’t done,like no detailing at all. Came back again for an oil change and you get a free wash but not even the vacuum was done and i did mentioned to the girl that i wanted a car wash after. They used to be really good or better before.

Literally just went for the outside to be washed, brand new car only 500 miles and then here comes sparkling image , I specifically ask the manager will my car be good cause it’s white ANYTHING happens I WILL see it . Definitely my last time I’ve gave more than enough chances def my last at this point .Service: Auto detailing

I get my car maintenance done here and the guys that work here are always polite, respectful and ask you when they are finished “Is there anything that I could have done today to service you better?” Where do you find that normally?!!! Great service plus I like that you can just show up without an appointment.Service: Oil change
