Poor service from my experience.  They never finished my repair of a new sauna. I gave up calling because of no response.  After spending over $9,000 00 they left me hanging.  I had to call another company to fix their installation. I would not recommend

Ian and the team have been serving my folks pool for years.  I needed a refresher on how the whole system worked, and Ian came by and spent the necessary time to help me.  They have excellent people from top to bottom, and the service is top quality.  I highly recommend Harbor Hot Tubs and Sparkling Pools.

My dad first bought a hot tub 20 years ago from Harbor Hot Tubs. Exceptional service and becoming part of the Harbor Hot Tub family ensued. Alas, the tub finally conked out. The team jumped into action, got us through the tail end of last summer, and helped us plan the future. Minor tweaks in positioning, and helping us think through how we wanted the overall space to function around a new tub led to a simple yet extremely impactful change to our deck. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. It looks great!!! I love the hot tub, and more importantly, I love the efforts by all the team members, from showroom to designing to construction to service. Awesome and THANKYOU!!

We could not be happier with this company- what a FANTASTIC team!!!  This is our 2nd spa with Harbor Hot Tubs/Sparkling Pools.  The installation team were professional and pleasant to deal with.  Chris came by at the end of the day to check on the spa, answer any questions we had and make sure we were happy with our purchase. What a great company and a great experience- highly recommend.

I have a harbor hot tubs hot tub. I get in it almost every night it is the most amazing thing I ever added to my home. The installation was quick and easy the guys were really friendly! Gus, Alex, Tina and Doug are always available to answer a question and provide me with cleaning materials. I highly recommend that if you're in the market for hot tub this is where you go! They are the best!!!

The entire team has been very responsive and helpful from the point of purchase to any ongoing questions or consult needs e.g., chemical balancing. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new hot-tub and/or sauna or need service for your pre-existing unit.

Dreamers welcome here. Come and walk about inside and out to see the very latest in Hot Tubs plus more. They also display tiles appropriate for pool installations and design. The staff is courteous and generous with their time whether you are window shopping or looking to measure for a new sauna, dos or hot tub. They offer good discounts on floor or warehouse models and can enhance your choice by adding lights, music, jets and more.

Doug, Chris, Colleen,and Ian were very helpful with my choice of a Hot tub, expediting my order, delivery. I installed my new hot tub myself then Chris stopped by to go through the running of it. Very happy and enjoying my new hot tub . Rich Dunphy
