I arrived to the office and checked in for an appointment for our daughter's passport application. The office was completely empty besides a few employees working behind the front desk. I informed them that my husband had to pick up our daughter from daycare before the appointment and was running about 15 minutes late. They told me that appointments typically take 20 minutes and if the appointment after us arrived at their scheduled 11am time they would have to reschedule us for another day which meant a month later. Here are a couple of reasons this appt was a terrible experience bit of a rant. -When I said I had not filled out an application, they said I needed to complete it ahead of time and recommended I reschedule my appt even though it took me less than 2 minutes to fill in the paperwork while waiting for my husband to arrive. - When I wasn't sure if my husband had checks with him, they said I should just reschedule my husband did end up having checks with him. -Completely dismissive office staff, not helpful in any way despite us being the ONLY people there i.e., could have offered to squeeze us in after an appointment or let us wait and see if another appointment did not show up, etc.. If you have everything together for your appointment, you'll probably be fine. But don't expect any sympathy if you do not and be prepared to have your appointment pushed back a month at least.
I called the office to report an unauthorized vehicle parked in a designated space, and a representative told me that the building and surrounding areas are private property. That statement made no sense to me. How can a governmental facility associated with serving residents not be considered a public place?
A great place to urban camp! The man don't even hassle you, just toss your trash out on the street, they don't even care man! Come on down to the industrial area, set up, it's all good. We been livin off east greg for like 3 weeks now, kinda starting to smell, but only in the daytime. You should see our trash pile!!
When I arrived at City Hall I was a bit discouraged because the parking lot was absolutely full. I immediately thought I was going to be there a while. The handicap parking was empty though so, bonus for me. When I got inside I expected a line at least but there wasn't one! Someone told me to have a seat they'd be right with me. Before I could sit someone was asking what I needed. I was there for a building permit. The whole process took less time than it took me to write this! The people were very nice as well. The only question I still have is, were was everybody? The lot and street parking was full. Post office maybe? Anyway that's all I got.
Came in for a passport with some questions. Was helped by Alyssa. She was very courteous and got everything sorted even with some bumps of me forgetting some needed items.
Had a passport appointment today and when I arrived they informed me they are not processing passport until the end of April . I simply phone call to let me know before I wasted my time going to them. Did they forget how to use a phone?
Great service, I have always been & out
