What an honest business, I was concerned that with a routine eye exam any other optometrist would issue a small prescription just to sell me glasses, but that is not what happens here! Dr. Sparks and their staff were so friendly and professional! After having my daughter checked, she said no glasses were needed, I suspected much but I wanted to be sure and just do a routine eye exam anyways. Thank you Sparks Optometry! Very hard to find this kind of business today.
I took the recommendation of of all the others posted here and you won't be disappointed either! I highly recommend visiting Dr. Sparks she is fantastic! Extremely thorough, informative, and fun. I scheduled for my next year's eye exam before I left. Dr. Sparks staff was also top notch, excellent all around!
The staff at Sparks eye care were very helpful. They are always cordial and tries to solve your issues or problems to the best of their abilities.
My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the services we received from Sparks Eye Care. Dr. Spark made us feel very comfortable and she took extra time and care to resolve all of our issues. The entire staff was outstanding.
I’m pretty sure I have left a review before, but I am going to leave one again! This office is just that good. I was impressed at my first appointment a year ago, for a general eye exam. Since then I’ve had severe eye allergy issues arise, so I have had many more appointments and opportunities to visit the office and get to know the staff. I’ve also taken my 3 children ages 4-9 here for eye exams. Every single visit has been a pleasure! I am so grateful for Dr. Sparks and her team!! Everyone who works here is friendly, professional, and excellent at their jobs. Dr Sparks herself is knowledgeable, personable, and works hard to get at the root cause of whatever eye trouble you are experiencing. She has helped me find the right eye drops for my issues, both prescription and OTC, and has made helpful referrals to other specialists when I’ve needed them. Matthew, her assistant, is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is great with children too! My kids all enjoyed their first eye exams. Jen, the optician, works hard to ensure you find the best fitting frames for your face and that the lenses are well-crafted at the lab. She is a whiz with frame adjustments! My insurance only covers medical visits at this office and not corrective lenses I have a weird plan lol, but I decided to purchase glasses from this office anyway. I am glad that I did! I did have issues with the first pair of glasses that I ordered, but Jen helped me to correct them and get a new pair made. They have been excellent! Jenna, the receptionist, is efficient and helpful both over the phone and in person. I can count on her to find me convenient appointments and explain insurance payments when I have questions. I am so grateful to have found this office. I love it so much and hope I don’t move away or need to switch offices for many years to come!
I received Excellent care by Dr sparks and her team. Her attention to detail and thoroughness was astounding. Will definitely be returning for future care.
I strongly recommend Sparks Eye Care for the most comprehensive examination. Rebecca makes you very comfortable and makes you feel at ease during the examination process. I recently had an eye infection and I was able to get an appointment the same day to get it checked out and to get the necessary medication needed. Thanks!!!!
Dr. Sparks is phenomenal in her field. She has the warmest personality that fits perfectly with her ability to make any person feel at home in her care. I would visit her just for conversation and coffee because it is a pleasure to be in her presence.
Dr. Sparks and her team are not only very friendly and welcoming but also very thorough and professional. No high pressure sales approach either. Also offered a late appointment to fit my schedule. Highly recommended.
Dr. Sparks is an amazing human. She is caring, friendly, direct and to the point, knowledgeable and I wont want to go anywhere else. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. I have had 3 appointments there and I have been very satisfied each time. I have recommended her to my friends. Thank you to everyone at Sparks Eye Care!
