Established in 2010 Sparky's is a collaboration of two friends who loved barbecue. We don't claim any specific region of American Barbecue, but you'll love our version of all styles. We have a Smoker on premises and everything is made from scratch except the ketchup and waffle fries. Try us out, you'll be glad you did.
