Quality Homemade Products from my home to yours!
I am an active duty soldier currently stationed at Fort Campbell, KY. I am a certified Laboratory Technician and I love working in Microbiology. I came to appreciate the importance of using products that are antiseptic instead of germicidal. Our society's fascination with germicidal products is rapidly driving normal bacteria into becoming Drug resistant. This is how MRSA came about.
So I set out to develop products that are nourishing, and serve a higher purpose. I want to create things that heal our bodies, and soul. I wanted to develop scents that calm and soothe our restless minds. I want my products to be antiseptic and antimicrobial without killing our natural flora, because the truth is, if we kill all our normal bacteria, we allow the really nasty ones to prosper, making all of our modern medicines useless.
I started this as merely a hobby to occupy my free time while my husband is going through his graduate school. I started practicing, and developing my own recipes. Finally I felt confident enough to start sharing my products with friends and family, and then I decided, why stop there?
I carefully choose all my ingredients, and will gladly share why I chose to include them in my items.
