We have been with Sparrow Dental for a number of years. They are skilled and professional which I expect. But what I love beyond that is their kindness, friendliness & approachability. They go beyond “just doing dental care”. They make sure I understand what my options are & how I feel about these options. They make sure whatever we are planning is right for me. I’m not just another person in the dental chair to them. The staff became aquatinted with me as a person beyond the clinic. I love that. And, I love that they are all women!!
Sparrow Dental is incredible at taking care of their patients. They exceed at doing a thorough job, I always leave with my teeth feeling extra clean! I moved out of state over a year ago and I still make a point to make my dental appointments with Dr. Nimesha Patel when I visit. I once had a miscommunication happen at a visit, Dr. Patel called me personally to help handle the situation. That really meant a lot to me. I appreciate how much they care about their patients. I have recommended my friends and clients there. Great dental care and great staff!!
Awesome experience today! Alycia took care of me and was incredible with her cleaning ! Had to make my second appointment with her she is awesome! Also Jenny at the front desk was fantastic and so easy to talk to!
Sparrow dental has been incredible towards me. I am getting 2 new veneers. If you do not know this is quite a process. Their new front desk staff, answered every question I have regarding my insurance. I was extremely nervous about the process and her staff was incredibly kind and patient with me. If you want a Dr that goes back to the basics about doing the right thing and caring about their patients. This is the dentist for you.
The unique name of this dental practice summarizes the feeling I experience every time I visit Dr. Sumegha Singhania and her amazing team at Sparrow Dental: a happy and relaxed environment inspired by the beautiful songbird. I felt at home the moment I walked in, stressed out, looking for a more comprehensive dental practice to treat a complex crown over implant procedure done abroad during the beginning of the pandemic. Whereas the decor and the warm blankets invite the patient to leave many worries behind, it is the expert touch and kind wisdom of the doctors and supporting team of technicians and hygienists that make all the difference. Barbara, who has taken all my impressions and X-rays, warned me about her role for “unpleasant” procedures. Frankly, given her gentle approach, she could not have been more wrong. : I have also seen Dr. Nimesha Patel when I dropped by one day without an appointment; thank you! Above all, it has been Dr. Singhania who has taken me as her patient and successfully completed a complex procedure that seemed impossible in the U.S. : : : If you are looking for a dental clinic with a holistic approach, centered on the well-being of every patient, you will find it at Sparrow Dental. The best dentist and team I have ever worked with. I've been a patient here for almost 5 years and everything from the front desk to the doctor/patient interaction is spectacular. The facility is clean and atmosphere has always been welcoming. They also invest in new technology unlike other practices I've visited which still use equipment from a decade ago to save $ which is understandable but medicine evolves and tools are updating constantly its good to see this location investing in the future.
EXCELLENT. Just an excellent experience. I was so happy with the quality of care here. It started with scheduling an appointment. I was easily able to communicate via email with the team and schedule my appointment. They even put me on a list and texted me to let me know an earlier appointment time had opened up! I was absolutely elated after the previous poor experience I had with a dentist office. The hygienist was thorough. She cleaned every tooth and was so chatty and easy-going that I felt very comfortable. I felt like the whole care team respected my interests and what concerns I had with my teeth. They also used modern tools, including wands to take images of my teeth. The receptionist was communicative and prompt in getting my insurance through the system. I also scheduled an appointment right away because it was such a good experience. Now, let's see if the billing goes through correctly! UPDATE- billing was correct! No issues. Went back a second time and even better experience. Still highly recommend.
Dr. Patel is the best dentist in Chicago. All my appointments with her and her staff have gone smoothly, quickly and pain-free. Cannot stress my appreciation for them enough.
Sparrow Dental is awesome! I have been going there since 2016 when my dentist moved out of the area. Everyone is nice and very professional. Wait time in the reception area is very minimal, and the office is always clean, bright and cheerful. My experiences there have always been positive.
