Miguel is always nice to work with, professional & friendly. It would be great to be able to check in on line in advance so you can plan accordingly by an estimated wait time instead of having to sit there forever & wait. This would be a great feature in the mychart app!!

Although there was a bit of a waiting time the staff here was very friendly, quick, and good at their jobs. 5/5 stars would come back to get labwork done again.
First time I went way too many people there. Second time I went at 6:20 a.m. too many people there. Third time I went at 6:00 a.m. was perfect even though there were three elderly people around my age there before me. Doors open signed in and Mario did a great job. Friendly and efficient and never felt a thing. In and out and about 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
I’m the only one in the lobby and it still took about 15 minutes to get in because the 3 people were to busy in the back chatting about their weekend and what they did. Then more people started coming in. We have a busy schedules so they need to pay attention.
Our daughter is extremely fearful of needles but testing is necessary. The phlebotomist not only understood this, worked appropriately with myself & her. Took myself & one other to hold my daughter down but when all said & done we were all laughing due to their great service & sense of humor.
I had an hour wait, but got to people watch. Everyone did keep their distant..wash their hands on the way out. This was good to see. My tech was amazing. So very nice, and very caring to explain what she was in need of to do her job. Thank you!
Since blood places are all the same, this review is mainly on the software/system they are using for managing their queue of customers. Their text said it would tell me when to return to the building, but I never got a second text. I returned anyways because they were way over the estimated time to wait. If I hadn't been inside when they called me, I am guessing they would have texted me then, but then they would have been waiting for 2-3 minutes doing nothing while I came in the building, or they would have skipped me and gone to the next person. Seems like they should just text you when you are next. Of the ten minutes I spent in the waiting room, I saw 3 different people come in and be unable to use the kiosk to check in. While I didn't have a problem, the big problem is that the system required a 10 digit phone number, but didn't tell people this when they entered it. One of the couples had put their info in, waited in their car half an hour, came back in, and their info wasn't on the TV. Apparently they had also not put in their 10 digit phone number. Finally, would have appreciated if I could get in-line on-line, so that I didn't have to wait in my car, but could wait in my house and time my arrival.
This is where I always go for lab work blood draws. I wish I could give them two ratings; one for the actual medical care, and a different rating for their admission/sign-in procedures. The sign-in/admission is clumsy and not well organized. They ask you to sign in at a kiosk, and then go wait in your car...Fine, I'm okay with that, this IS a pandemic situation, but the waiting room is full of people who can't seem to read, understand or follow instructions. I sign in and return to my car. Eventually not too long I get a text that I can come in for my appointment...I come in and find that they called my name in the waiting room, but because I went back to my car LIKE THEY INSTRUCTED ME TO DO, I wasn't there to hear it, so they gave my spot to another person. I DID get the next opening, but seriously, either follow your own instructions/protocols, or forget about it and have a free-for-all...This was too close to the latter, A few seniors were truly confused about what they were supposed to do, and no one seemed available or willing to help them. I spoke to them about my experience, and told them that if they were concerned about the population in the waiting room, they should go back to their car and wait for a text message, but that they might lose a turn...For the whole sign-in/admission part I give this lab 2 STARS... Now for the medical part. Once you do get in, I've always been treated professionally by the medical staff. Multiple layers of identity checking, and confirmation of why you are there, and they confirm what Dr ordered what test. The lab is clean and we'll equipped. I give the medical aspect of the lab 5 STARS.
