Spartan Brick Design was created by myself to offer high-end designer brick construction for your outdoor spaces. We specialise in paving stone and retaining wall installation and design for Kelowna residence with the main objectives being quality and reasonable prices. I offer both new construction and repairs to existing brick work. In addition, I have recently started offering bobcat and excavator services in order to make Spartan Brick Design an option for all your outdoor landscape construction needs while not sacrificing the core values of my business model. When developing Spartan Brick Design I developed by business model around the many of the flaws I have seen within this industry over the last 8 years. Landscaping companies have tried to corner the market on outdoor brick construction while sacrifice quality to raise profits while underpaying employees. The inherent flaw in this industry is that "landscapers" are generally underpaid compared to other trades resulting in a lack of retention and subsequent lack of experience in the industry as workers generally move into other fields as they age and develop construction skills. While at the same time these employees, are required to have vast knowledge of everything from plants and irrigation to retaining walls and driveway construction. Here at Spartan Brick Design, I specialize solely in brick construction and operate with only high paid, highly experience individuals to ensure that quality is not sacrificed. I personally foreman every job done by Spartan Brick Design to ensure that your project is completed to the highest of standards as my name is attached to the final product. At the same time, I keep prices low as I believe that providing a customer with high quality construction at reasonable prices will lead to more work and higher year-end profits than trying to make my profits on limited number of jobs. It is based on these philosophises that I model my business around.
