I apply behavioral, motivational and exercise strategies to help both healthy and unhealthy individuals and those with medically controlled diseases in order to help them change to a healthy Lifestyle. I dedicate myself to each session in order to tailor to the needs of my clients as well as motivating them to leave their exercise comfort zone in order to achieve optimal results.
As an adolescent, I struggle with my weight and have overcome personal obstacles which help me realize the importance of learning the key elements for maximum results to help each of my client's needs. I do this with My BE212 PROHealth Program that teaches my clients how to balance the 6 daily elements: Water, Sleep, Stress, Exercise, Supplements and Nutrition.
This program is about changing the mind and body from the inside out and build you from the ground up. At the same time optimize individual performance in everyday life. We want you to have tons of fun - but please be prepared for some low and high-intensity training that will challenge you in every way!
What is needed of you as a participant? You have two core requirements, in order to find success in the BE212 SPARTAN SGX - BOOT CAMPS & BE212 OCR.
First, you need to show up. Life is busy, I understand. If you can make the time to show up, our program is designed to make the most of the time we spend together. If it's just not possible to attend three sessions per week, remote training is available.
Second, give it your full effort.
