The mission of SPIHN is to provide shelter, food, and support services for local homeless families in a caring atmosphere, by bringing together faith communities, volunteers, and social services.

One of the only places I've gone where I didn't feel judged very helpful people
I love this team ! Beth is the best and once she helps she never forgets a face. My daughter and I were there years ago. She can be a little direct and that does offend some b/c shes not one to be taken advantage of. Overall, the system works for you if you're willing to help yourself. It does feel a little like a jail at the day center if you're unemployed but its better than being homeless. Some of the church members who help are quite nosey and judgemental but some were so sweet to us and motivated me as a young, single mom.
This place should not even be funed and sholud not even call it self I shelter for the homeless I called them on April 1 2017 and spoke to a woman and explain that I was looking for a place for me and my 5 year old son and told her we had no ware to go other then the woods to sleep and all because they don't have 2 beds in one room available for me and my son they can't help us and I told her I will take anything they have for my son and I asked her if she has one bed because me and my son can share a bed or I could sleep on the floor I did not care just as long as my son a somewhere to sleep and she told me no and yelled at me and said they could not help me! And now because of the great state of South Carolina I am sleeping in the woods with my son. The great state of South Carolina can rightfully kiss my ass
What this place does for homeless is a real blessing. Our school went as a group and helped organize donations.
Did not visit but left a message and got a response to a question in a timely manner.
This guy was the worst
