We see Dr. Kelly have nothing but great experiences! My little one has some medical issues and he’s always been fantastic. We love most of the staff. One nurse wouldn’t let me hold my baby while getting a shot but we just asked for someone else. My little one has been really sick and Dr. Kelly or Nurse Erin have called us after hours to check and see how things were. We’ve had good experiences with the night clinic too! I always call and make an appointment. We’ve been so pleased with everyone there and we see them a lot!
I've never had problems but today was ridiculous. My 2yr old daughter has a really bad cough, complaining of her throat hurting alot, and bad drainage. This has been going on for at least 4 days with given over the counter medication. They have a late policy of 15 minutes but due to really bad traffic I was 18 minutes late. The office was completely empty but the doctor refused to see us, even though she had no appointments for the rest of the day. So now I'm having to take my daughter to the urgent Care. They say they care about the children but how come you refuse to see a young child during the flu season when you have nothing to do. Such laziness and selfishness. Very disappointed.
We've been going here since my son was 2 months old he's 3 yrs old now and we recently requested to change doctors, we always seen Michelle but every time we left we felt unsatisfied shes very sarcastic with questions and answers and after our last time seeing her telling us we need to take our son to the hospital with no other information but worry an stress. We changed doctors I had to call an make a check up appt. And I told them we never wanted to see her again! They understood and didn't question me at all! We don't really have problems with the nurse's theyre usually good. Some of the check in staff are unprofessional I walked in to check in first so we wouldn't be late for the appt. And my son and his father were still getting out of the car and the lady at the front tells me she can't check us in unless he's with me I thought this was very stupid as I told her his father was bringing him in, so at check out I asked the lady why that was she didn't explain it well and as we were walking out I heard her and another woman talking about it!! If I could find another doctor in the area that took his insurance we wouldn't still be going to this place! Although we do like the new doctor we changed too so we will give her a chance for now.
I’ve been taking my 3 kids here since 2015. We have seen pretty much everyone but Charlotte hall is our favorite!! The kids love her she’s so sweet and explains everything so well. Wait time is never longer then 20 mins usually in and out within the hour!
I had a very unpleasant experience with the after hours staff. My husband and I arrived around 4pm today with my son who is 8 months old and was very congested coughing and sneezing. Upon checking in at the desk we were told they were booked for today. We were not given any alternate options not even asked if we wanted to make an appointment for regular business hours. We have visited this particular location during aftercare hours before and didn’t have a problem. My husband later called to get more information but the phone rang with no answer. I then called the same number myself and spoke to someone who advised she was was transferring me to the aftercare desk when the line suddenly just hung up. I think this is very unprofessional behavior especially when a sick child is involved. Unfortunately, I will not take my child back to this aftercare facility again.
when my child has an actual appointment, everybody is great. But if you call with a problem and ask for a nurse to call you back, it could be hours or even days before they call back. My child may not be crazy sick, but I would like the problem fixed before she is.
Michelle and Beth are super sweet! Michelle is always very attentive to our concerns and very informative. Love how she is with my baby and makes her experience at the doctors a positive one.
Today is the first bad experience I had with this place but to me it was as bad as you get with a pediatric office!!! My son had appointment at 4:10pm. Well there was a bad wreck on east main st.. I call office at 4:20pm and tell them there was a bad wreck I'll be there in less then 5min. I arrived at 4:23pm. I go in and reception was on the phone. She checked me in and we sit down. At 4:37pm they call his name at next and tell me since we were 17min late doctor can not see him. I ask how we were 17min late they told me we checked in at 4:27pm!! Why would you let me come when I call you at 4:20pm and tell you I'm almost there!! It's ok to make patients wait three hours but you can't go 17min because of something that was no ones fault!! Which really it was only 13 mins past because we arrived at 4:23pm!!! I wouldn't be so pissed if it wasn't out of my control that there was a wreck and if my son wasn't so sick!!!
Dr. Kelley sees All my kids he such a wonderful Doctor he really cares about his kids and he doesnt hesitate to send them to for test. He is great! My kids Love him!!!
Dr. Charlotte Hall is amazing. We’ve been taking our kids here since they first opened almost 5 years ago. We absolutely love her and wouldn’t even think of changing
